DRESSAGE HUB
Welcome to the Emerald Hunters Dressage Hub! The dressage hub functions as the "home page" for all the dressage knowledge we have to offer! Here you will find a wide variety of dressage resources, including the Official Emerald Hunters Moves Dictionary! Please click any of the buttons to get started!
NOTES ABOUT OUR DICTIONARY
-
We have done our best to offer credit to organizations, players, and clubs. Any moves that are not explicitly labelled as (EH) are moves that were learned from the community in which its origin is universal or not recorded by Bec
-
Emerald Hunters does not have a distinct method (such as the Perfected Dressage Method or the Simplified Dressage Method). Our dressage method is a mixture of many existing methods.
-
This dictionary is written in "learning order" rather than alphabetical. The moves are listed in the order that we teach them in lessons
-
We are a moves based club, though we still teach fundamentals and theory. To keep the website at a minimum, we have omitted theory for now.
-
We provided our own definitions of what it means to be a Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite rider, and we hope you will find them useful!
-
While this is an extensive list of dressage moves, Emerald Hunters does not require its members to memorize the entire thing. We don't encourage you to memorize all of it either!
-
While this is an extensive list of dressage moves, it can be difficult to learn them without the context of being in dressage lessons. We encourage you to join Emerald Hunters to fully experience how these moves are performed!
-
There are three ways to navigate the dressage dictionary because it's so long! Use the Previous/Next buttons, the tabs at the top of the page, and the Back To Top button on the bottom right corner!
